PEPn™ Transact is our on-demand service offering designed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs seeking to raise capital, manage "M&A Auctions", or distribute pre & post investment updates and tracking information to their investors. PEPn™ Transact enables entrepreneurs to establish a private diligence room and control access to it. Diligence rooms contain a HTML summary profile template and a "Secure File Room™". Entrepreneurs submit summary data via the customizable HTML profile. They may also upload file attachments (e.g. investor presentations, models, term sheets, etc.) to the "Secure File Room™" that is exclusively assigned and dedicated to their diligence room.

Upon establishing their diligence room and uploading their data and file attachments, entrepreneurs can use our username management tools to issue and grant new users access to their information. In addition to directly issuing new usernames, entrepreneurs can also grant access to existing users at firms that have deployed our full featured PEPn™ Online application.

Each authorized username can be assigned a unique set of entitlements. Entrepreneurs can increase or decrease the level of transparency by expanding or contracting entitlements. In addition, entrepreneurs can revoke access to their data by any username on a partial or complete basis. All entitlement changes are reflected in real time. Entrepreneurs can also give their "Agents" (e.g. investment bankers, advisors) the ability to act and control users on their behalf.
